We are a small independent family led Watermill based in Cumbria, UK, who produce a number of biodynamic / organic products for the general public and businesses of the UK to purchase from.

Contact forms
If you wish to contact us, you may use our online form, here we require your first and last names and email address in order to come back to you regarding your query, a phone number is optional.
Cookies
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

From time to time you may also see a Feedback tab on the side of the webpage, this is part of Hotjar user tracking, this is an opt-in questionnaire that will help us better understand your experiences with our site and allow us to make improvements to the user journey
Who we share your data with
Once you make a purchase from our site we will pass on the name and delivery address you provide to our courier service (DHL) to ensure your package is deliveried to you as quickly and securely as possible. How long we retain your data
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
