Ethical Consumer “Best Buy” flours

We are delighted that Ethical Consumer magazine has awarded our organic flours this logo in recognition of quality and ethical standards of production. EC are still assessing their criteria for Biodynamic quality, so at present only the organic flours have the logo - Granarius, Special Belnd, Four Grain Blend, Harvest Flour, No Knead Flour and Rye Flour. Course Bookings & Payments

Details of courses for 2010 are published in the Courses section of the website. At present it's not possible to book these on-line. Please contact us to book a place and confirm with a deposit of £10. This is payable by cheque, cash, or by ringing us on 01768 881523 with card details.

Dispatch

Please note that orders are dispatched once a week on Wednesday. We require orders to be received by 9am Monday.
