Milling & Grain

If you are interested in the history of milling, the mechanics of watermills, the process and benefits of traditional stonegrinding, and the qualities and differences of the five grains that we mill - oats, barley, wheat, rye and spelt, and the principles of organic and biodynamic grain growing, then this is the course for you. We can't guarantee that you'll be able to run the mill by the end of the day, but you will have a pretty good idea of what it's all about.
