Breadmaking, Baking & Cooking

Put some spring in your dough! Our popular breadmaking courses are excellent value and a great way to learn more about baking and cooking. They are also a lot of fun and a great way to meet people. We're always open to suggestions so do let us know if there is a course that you would like us to do. Equally, if you can make up a group of 6 - 10, we'll try to run a course on a date that suits you.

Breadmaking

Making bread only takes a few minutes, it's fun, and it saves money, so do you really need a breadmaker? This course is for those who want to learn from the beginning or find out how to make better bread. Ana will demonstrate breadmaking and talk about flours and the milling process. Everyone then has a chance to make their own bread to take home...you'll never look back! There will be a guided tour of the Mill - the more that you learn about flour and milling the more interesting it all becomes...
